01/04/98 - Deciding that the best course of action was to follow up on the recent Second Imperium of Kilrah attacks, the BWS Exodus went on the offensive. It ended up destroying a large assortment of Kilrathi and pirate fighters, along with an extremely aggressive Kilrathi dreadnaught. The BWS Exodus also recieved two new pilots during the mission--Second Lieutenants Jean "Stiletto" Talvert and Jack "Dallas" Slayton.
Promotions - First Lieutenant Cross "Tomcat" McDohl and First Lieutenant Dhamon "Raven" Sumer were promoted to Captain; Captain Veronica "Babe" Aves was promoted to Major.
01/11/98 - In search of what destroyed the TCS Devereaux, the BWS Exodus was sent out to scan the area. As soon as they reached the area in Kilrathi space, the alien ships attack with a skill, technology and ferocity not seen since the early days of the Terran-Kilrathi War. In the end the enemy was driven off, their capital ship destroyed however a lot of casualties were left from the battle including pilots and naval officers. The BWS Exodus was also destroyed however most of the crew was able to escape in shuttles. The TCS Gauntlet picked up the flight and upon their re-joining ConFed are getting a new Mega-Carrier class ship, called the TCS Exodus.
Promotions - First Lieutenant Reod "Halo" Dawson to Captain, Captain Al "Spawn" Simmons to Major, and Lieutenant Colonel Matt "Striker" Richardson to Colonel.
01/18/98 - During the maiden voyage of the TCS Exodus, it was called out to do battle with two alien capital ships and it's escort fighters which consisted of Morays, Mantas and Devil Rays. Once there, Green Squadron (led by Major Nathan "Dragon" Richards) and Gold Squadron (led by Major Mark "Inspiration" Aves) went in. Green Squadron's light fighters did a successful job of covering Gold Squadron's bombers as they performed their bombing runs. Although the battle was won by ConFed, there was a very heavy price to pay for the victory: Dragon was shot down and killed by a Devil Ray ace. His was a well respected and liked officer aboard the TCS Exodus and one of the best fighter pilots to ever mix it up in a dogfight. Many of the Exodus' officers will mourn Dragon's death for a long time.

01/25/98 - The TCS Exodus was called in to attack a starbase that the aliens took over and was once held by the Kilrathi. After destroying the enemy fighters and failing to disable the base, so they resorted to "Plan B" in which they destroy it. After doing this they learn that this starbase capture was a decoy while a large fleet totally wiped out a planet. As the wing got close enough to see the fleet they saw something terrifying: A Tiamat, a monstrously huge capital ship that could dwarf the Behemoth in size.

02/01/98 - The TCS Exodus got word of an alien convoy coming in through the Br'Ekkah system. Knowing this it launched fighters against the convoy, with the hope of destroying the cap-ships and fighters, while disabling and capturing as many transports as possible. With the help of a Kilrathi carrier, the flight succeeded in destroying all enemies and capturing six out of the seven transports they wanted.

02/08/98 - The TCS Exodus engaged the enemy alien fleet and was outmatched. The aliens had just too many ships--capital and fighter--to do any real damage to them. In a somewhat last ditch and amusing effort, Vice-Admiral Tolwyn brought the Confederation-Class dreadnaught, the TCS Concordia back from the grave to do battle. It succeeded in destroying severel enemy cap-ships however it was so severaly damaged in the fire-fight it can never again be repaired and used. The flight ended up retreating after a Tiamat made its presence known as well. The only good to come out of this is that Major Veronica "Babe" Aves found out she was pregnant.

02/15/98 - Vice-Admiral Tolwyn, along with his carrier, the TCS Banbridge and his task force, hijacked the Demon-class dreadnaught TCS White Tiger. He thought the Terran-Kilrathi war was still going on and in his state of delusion went to Kilrah. The TCS Exodus went after him and in the meantime fought off a small alien task force. Finally, in the end, Tolwyn was convinced to cease and desist and come aboard the Exodus, and release the White Tiger.
Promotions - First Lieutenant Jarod "Smurf" Travis and First Lieutenant John "Mystic" Mystican were both promoted to Captain and Major Travis "Reverend" Owsley was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel.
02/22/98 - The TCS Exodus having been recently called out of the Kilrah sector and relocated in the SpecOps unit was given new orders. Blue Squadron and Green Squadron went out and disabled the enemy Kilrathi pirate base allowing Marines to enter it and take it over for SpecOps use. Unfortunately the base was not undefended and the flights had to contend with Kilrathi and alien squadrons and cap-ships. The squadron ended the mission with total success and landed back on the Exodus after the base.
Promotions - Second Lieutenant Kyle "Lance" Hawk was promoted to First Lieutenant.
03/01/98 - The TCS Exodus recieved new orders to go out on a strike mission to kill off as many alien ships as possible. Flying the new Longhorns, the wing succeeded in striking a major blow against the alien menace. They did not do this alone however and with the aid of the Confederation's newest--and most technologically advanced--race called the Steltek, the war has begun to turn in ConFed's favor. Before the mission started however 1st Lt Kathy Richards was seriously injured and brought to sick bay; because of this security has been stepped up and now many officers are looking for the man, woman or people who did this.

03/08/98 - To help support a Confederation offensive in the Kilrah sector, the TCS Exodus launched an attack against a Kraken-class cap-ship killer. This was the same vessel that destroyed the BWS Exodus three months earlier. The attack ended in a bittersweet victory as several Steltek fighters and an elite former Black Lance-turned-ConFed pilot was captured, despite the flight's success in disabling the ship.

03/15/98 - Before the actual mission, the crew of the TCS Exodus discovered that the murderer aboard the ship was none other than their very own bartender, Sergeant Courtney McConnell. This was found out by several flight officers in the bar when First Lieutenant Peter Kirtain, now former Chief of Security, was in a drunken stupor and mumbled the information. This was found out just in time as McConnell was shot and subdued just before she tried to slash Admiral Wade Wilson's throat while he was sleeping. The mission itself, was not a hard one compared to this. Red and Green Squadrons took care of the fighters and bombers while the TCS Sheffield, a destroyer, knocked out the Mantu R&D starbase that was the primary objective. Just as the base blew up a jumpgate opened up and the Cyborg popped through. He immediatley destroyed the Sheffield, the support-ship TCS Redeemer and killed Second Lieutenant Greg "Lightspeed" Zefiro. Although the mission was technically a success, the price had been great. The only good thing to come out of this mission was that Major Veronica "Babe" Aves gave birth to two healty twins (a boy and a girl) and so at least the crew has something to be happy about.

03/22/98 - While on a combat patrol deep in occupied, territory, the TCS Exodus walked into what seemed to be a trap. The Exodus was jumped by a huge ship which was known only to us as the "command ship" and its escort of Tiamat-class Dreadnaughts. The Command ship was commanded by the elusive and deadly cyborged warrior. However, the the trap was on the Mantu. After the first skirmish, a battle group consisting of the TCS Midway, BWS White Tiger, and the new TCS Behemoth II. The fight was short and sent the alien forces staggering away.

03/29/98 - Deciding to press the advantage gained two weeks earlier, ConFed ordered the Exodus and the rest of the convoy to launch a shock attack on the Kilrah system. The attack was a bittersweet victory. Several Mantu cap-ships were destroyed, and the jump gate to the alien's homeland was crippled, but at the cost of the TCS Midway which took a critical hit and had to be abandoned. ConFed is currently working up plans to rescue the the Midway and see if it can be repaired or at the very least, used for parts in the building of a new Midway.

04/05/98 - Launching a strike combined up of the TCS Exodus' Red Squadron and Gold Squadron along with the TCS Midway's Wolf Pack Squadron, attacked the known position of the Mantu Command Ship. Wolf Pack guided in a Marine shuttle as they docked and stormed into the capital ship in order to lower it's shields. Red and Gold took on the enemy fighters and as the Command Ship's shields lowered, bombed it. The Command Ship and other cap-ships later retreated with the marines making it out in time. The Cyborg also showed up and someone, in a spacesuit, took it on in hand-to-hand combat, visibily causing the technorgaic monstrosity pain. The flight ended with neither destroying the Command Ship or killing the Cyborg, but according to Admiral Wilson and Rear Admiral Blair the plan worked perfectly--now the Command Ship would head back to it's home base and with the tracers the marines put on it, ConFed will soon know of their HQ's location and send out the surprise attack.

04/12/98 - The final assault was launched on the Mantu stronghole in the Kilrah Sector. The TCS Exodus, BWS White Tiger and a slew of other ships ignited the battle. The Wolf Pack, Red and Blue Squadrons took on the ships and enemy capital ship turrets. Finally, the jumpgate was destroyed and the Command Ship lost it's shield emitters. Just then the Cyborg entered the battle, and Colonel Hal "Parallax" Jordan went after him. In the end, the TCS Behemoth II destroyed the Command Ship and upon Parallax's orders, him and the Cyborg. The victory against the Mantu had finally arrived but only at a heavy price.

04/26/98 - After the defeat of the Mantu, the crew of the TCS Exodus was granted some shore leave and sent to a resort planet for some much needed down-time. While there however, a barfight broke out between several crew members and locals, most notably Major Cole "Grifter" Cash who was later arrested by the police for "starting" the fight. After Admiral Wilson recieved an urgent call from Lt. Colonel Dekker, he learned that the terrorist organization known as Red Death was on the planet. After hearing this, Captain Jessica "Huntress" Taggart nearly broke down because before the Border Worlds fiaso, she and Grifter killed and arrested some important members of Red Death and since then they've held a mean grudge against the two pilots. It is now believed that Red Death either impersonated a police officer or paid one off but before they could play out their hunches, a strange ticking sound came from the bodies of the unconscious bar-bikers and realized that they were really androids riddled with explosives about to go off. It was here the story ended with a "to be continued."

05/17/98 - Having escaped the bomb set for the pilots by Red Death, they returned to the TCS Exodus. They then launched a suprise attack on a Red Death base in the system in which Hal (formely Colonel Hal "Parallax" Jordan before he died and got his mind inprinted into the Exodus' computer system) found Major Cole "Grifter" Cash on. They stormed the base and rescued Grifter who had been tortured and druged. In the process, one of the Red Death stormtroopers succeeded in killing Major Mark "Inspiration" Aves. 05/31/98 - The TCS Exodus sent out Blue Squadron to do a patrol of the sector. In the patrol the squadron found legions of left-over Red Death flights looking for revenge. In one nav point they met up with a holographic image of a fleet and when it shut off the squadron was shocked to see a Red Death capship that was over 5 times the size of the Exodus. They quickly got out of there and returned to the Exodus just in time to stop an attack on the huge carrier.

06/07/98 - Called in by ConFed HQ, the TCS Exodus was ordered to break up a dispute-turned war between the races of the Najar and Solek. Intell had told the pilots that both races were using outdated equipment left over from previous wars. However when the squadrons met up with the two races, they quickly found themselves in a tough fight with hi-tech up-to-date machines. Being caught in a cross-fire and no one listening to reason, the squadrons pulled out rather than become enemies of one or both races and get destroyed. They were re-routed just in time to stop a Najar battleship from nuking a Solek planet with bio-weapons with the aid of the Steltek. At the end of the mission, it was neiter a success nor a failure, however they found out more about the Najar and Solek and hopefully a way to break up the fighting before it gets even worse.

06/14/98 - The TCS Exodus launched Red and Gold Squadron in order to combat the Najar and Solek fleets. The orders from ConFed were to either subdue them peacefully and make then sign a treaty or destroy them and their fleet. Unfortunately neither side listened to reason so the squadrons were forced to attack. Only through the hard efforts of both Red and Gold squadrons were they able to turn back the opposing forces. The Najar command ship was destroyed--with an escape pod launching and getting picked up by bount hunter Darius Geist--and the Solek Command ship was severely crippled. Now ConFed plans to see if they can work out some kind of agreement with the Najar and Solek because their forces have been reduced so badly.

06/21/98 - Silver and Green squadrons flew out to mop up after the Najar and Solek forces and came upon a convoy that was utterly destroyed. After scanning the area they ran into a full wing of Black Lance Manticore fighters and began one of the toughest dogfights ever. The flights succeeded in driving off the BL fighters but only after heavy damage had resulted to their own fighters. Although the original objectives of the mission were never completed, the flight did something more important--they found out that the Black Lance was far from defeated, in fact it may be stronger than ever before.

06/28/98 - Blue and Green squadrons were called out to defend two civilian starbases against an attack launched by the newly reformed Black Lance. The BL Manticore fighters--the new updated model of the older Dragon--proved difficult to fight but not impossible as the squads drove off the enemy flights and destroyed the BL cap-ships. In a surprise assist, a Steltek carrier jumped in and launched a lone Exaclibur, which amazingly enough was piloted by long-thought dead Major Nathan "Dragon" Richards. Along with that good news, one of the pilots managed to capture a BL Manticore along with it's pilot and the starbases were saved sustaining only minimal damage.
Promotions - Second Lieutenant Kimberly "Jade" Tucker was promoted to First Lieutenant, Lieutenant Carl LaFong (NPC) was promoted to Lieutenant Commander and Major Veronica "Babe" Aves was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel.
07/05/98 - Red and Blue squadrons flying Dragons and Panthers made their way around the five nav points that made up the mission plane. During the course of the mission the flight group ran into a Black Lance training ground and attacked. The suprised pilots in the Manticore fighters were demolished due to their lack of experience. The only survivor was a lone modified Centurian-X piloted by the notorious Bounty Hunter, Darius Geist. Due to his past in the Black Lance and his semi-friendship with Lt Colonel Travis "Reverend" Owsley, he made the move to ConFed's side with the help an enormous fee. Later they ran into a damaged BL convoy and Reverend ordered an attack but Major Nathan "Dragon" Richards questioned his orders publically and spoke his view against attack a helpless fleet, despite the fact they were murderous Black Lance. Despite the verbal fight, one of the pilots launched an attack followed by Geist and soon the rest of the flight. The convoy was driven off and at the last nav point they nearly met their end. The mysterious BL leader spoke to them via their comm unit, and threatened them. When one of the pilots retorted the BL leader made the asteroids detonate and the massive explosions seriously damaged the flight's fighters, so badly in fact that they barely made it back to the Exodus.
Promotions - Second Lieutenant Kez "Jaeger" St.John was promoted to First Lieutenant.
07/12/98 - The squadrons led a multi-nav point flight against the Black Lance and the newly-turned traitor, Dragon. In a huge fighter/cap-ship battle, the flights succeeded in turned the BL Manticore fighters away, but not before all hell broke loose. Dragon, in a fit of rage, killed several ConFed pilots, and probably would have killed more if Bounty Hunter Darius Geist hadn't grieviously wounded his Manticore in a dogfight. Before Dragon turned back, he decided to get one last shot in and began trying to screw with his former friends' minds. He failed in all but one--Lt. Colonel Traivs "Reverend" Owsley. Reverend nearly lost his cool and went totally nuts out there, so much so that Captain John "Silencer" Mystican had to take control of Red Squadron away from Reverend and command it himself. After landing, Reverend decided he had seen too much war and too much death, so he told his friends goodbye, packed his bags and left the TCS Exodus for good in retirement. He suggested that Silencer take his place in Red Squadron however the decision is still up in the air and must be conferred with by both the CAG and CO of the carrier.

07/19/98 - The attack was launched on the Black Lance base with full force. The squadrons went and destroyed the enemy Manticore fighters while covering the marine shuttles. Once inside the complex, Brigadier General Ari Zevad and Lt Colonel Gash Dekker led their men through the base, killing or capturing the enemy. While this was going on, outside the base a new development happened. Major Nathan "Dragon" Richards flew out of the base in his upgraded Manticore and began decimating the squadrons. Had it not been for his moral conscience and his sister, First Lieutenant Kathy "Kat" Richards, he might have succeeded in killing most if not all the ConFed pilots. He returned to the Exodus after the battle of his own free will but, as per procedure, was placed under military arrest. The marines had another officer who they captured--the BL leader. He turned out to be none other than the famous Rear Admiral Christopher Blair himself, gone mad like Admiral Geoffrey Tolwyn before him. In the end, the day was won but most of the officers felt that had lost more than they had gained.
Promotions - Second Lieutenant Kenneth "Picard" Cook was promoted to First Lieutenant.
07/26/98 - The flight did a round-up all of BL forces and during the battle they got a distress call from a nearby planet. The flight got there in time to witness a strange organic-like ship above the planet launching capsules to the planet and then releasing a dropship. It also released fighters to combat the flight however the skill of the Exodus' pilots was enough, along witht he planet's defenses, to drive away the unknown aliens.
Promotions - Captain John "Silencer" Mystican was promoted to Major.
08/02/98 - The flight was en route to a starbase to escort three transports back to the TCS Exodus. The Exodus, having undergone some very extensive campaigns recently, needed new supplies from afterburner fuel to medical equipment so it was vital those transports arrived back at the carrier safely. After meeting up the capital ships, they were attacked on the way back from the front with leech missiles and in the rear by the actual pirates themselves. The pirates succeeded in disabling all three transports while their wingmates kept the flights busy. Fortunately, several pilots raced back to the transports and were able to defend them well enough. Bounty Hunter Darius Geist also made an appearence and assisted in destroying their battleship and then, true to his nature, vanished. After the battle was over, First Lieutenant Corran "Rogue" Horn went aboard the lead transport and brought it's systems back online along with the other two ships. The mission was rated a success when they returned to the Exodus, except for one problem. First Lieutenant Kim "Jade" Tucker had been seriously injured while ejecting from her exploding fighter and was brought down to sickbay immediately.

08/09/98 - The TCS Exodus, en route to the Sol System and ConFed HQ made their scheduled jump on time. They would have arrived at ConFed had not a jump-anomoly occured which hurled them into an alternate dimension. In this dimension, the Empire of Kilrah defeated the Terran Confederation and has succeeded in conquering nearly every world and killing off over 90% of the human population. Once there, a Kilrathi strike fleet jumped in and the flight began a vicious dogfight with highly improved Dralthi, Vaktoth, Strakha and Paktahn. The flight caused heavy damage to the Kilrathi fleet by destroying two of their corvettes, damaging their carrier and nearly wiping out their squadrons. The Kilrathi fleet stunned for enough time to allow the Exodus to jump to another system before reinforcements arrived. The Exodus is currently hiding within a dense asteroid field with all power shut down except life support to avoid sensor sweeps.
Promotions - Captain Mathew "Darkness" Aikrean was promoted to Major.
08/16/98 - The TCS Exodus, hiding within the asteroid belts of the Rostov system, was attacked again. The Kilrathi fleets found them and launched a massive attack. Fortunately, due to their extensive training, the Exodus' flights were able to hold off the enemy. The Exodus, during the battle was heavily damaged however and was in need of repairs. Most of the Kilrathi ships, even though they were winning, retreated. Later the Exodus picked up a distress call from a Kilrathi colony and realized that was where the fleet went. The Exodus jumped to that system thinking "an enemy of the Kilrathi is a friend of ours." Not so as it attackers turned out to the Chron and as soon as they wiped out the Kilrathi forces they turned on the Exodus. The carrier launched fighters and pulled back, knowing it was too damaged to go cap-ship fighting. A jump-gate opened up and out came the TCS Eisen, a Confederation-class dreadnaught. A squadron launched from that and although the Eisen got damaged in battle, the combined efforts drove the Chron away. The commander of the Eisen's flight was none other than formely retired Lt. Colonel Travis "Reverend" Owsley. He came back to find the Exodus and rejoined it's roster.
Promotions - Second Lieutenant Victor "Raistlin" Marcus was promoted to First Lieutenant.
08/23/98 - The TCS Exodus launched a flight through a standard three-point search-and-destroy mission. Their mission was to go out and kill all Kilrathi near the area and check out an unknown space station at Nav 2. At Nav 1 they encountered Darkets and Dralthi inside a mine field. Due to the extensive training and skill, the flights finished off their enemies rather quickly. They then went to the space station and sent a message to it. At the first the station, code named "Masada," didn't believe the flight was Terran. The Kilrathi had killed off almost all the Terrans so their distrust was not misplaced. It turned out the commander of the Terran forces was none other than Major General Todd "Maniac" Marshall. Shortly after coming to terms with the flight, the Masada came under attack by a Kilrathi carrier. The Exodus jumped in as well, and assisted in the fight. The Kilrathi carrier was destroyed and the fighters drove off. The base was only lightly damaged, mostly due to the expertise of the Exodus' Red Squadron commander. They landed short there after and are awaiting the time for the Kilrathi to make their final push.
Promotions - First Lieutenant Justin "Lefty" Jackson was promoted to Captain and Colonel Matt "Striker" Richardson was promoted to Brigadier General.
08/30/98 - In a surprise attack, the Kilrathi placed a spy aboard the Masada and sabotaged it. Once power and defensive and offensive systems were shut down, the Kilrathi jumped in. Although the forces from the Masada and the Exodus fought bravely, they were no match for the Kilrathi's new super-dreadnaught which blasted apart the Terran space station. The survivors from the Masada boarded the Exodus along with the carrier's normal crew jumped out immediatley.

09/06/98 - The TCS Exodus made its way to the wormhole where it, and the TCS Eisen came through. To make sure the nav points near the wormwhole were clear, the Exodus sent out a flight of Dragons to intercept and destroy any and all Kilrathi spacecraft. At the first nav point, the flight encountered a few cap-ships and a slew of fighters attacking a lone ConFed carrier. This carrier was the TCS Avenger, commanded by Rear Admiral Velina Sosa. The Dragon flight assisted the wounded carrier and drove off or destroyed the Kilrathi and then went to the second nav point. Nothing was there except for an asteroid field and then the flight got a distress call from the Exodus. They made their way back to the Exodus and saw a huge Kilrathi fleet heading through the wormhole. The flight succeeded in destroying some of the fleet but around 80% of the Kilrathi force made it through, and with the Exodus severely damaged, things are not looking up. Currently the Exodus is making its way back to it's own dimension, hoping it can warn ConFed before the Kilrathi strike.
Promotions - First Lieutenant Kez "Jaeger" St.John was promoted to Captain and Lieutenant Colonel Travis "Reverend" Owsley was promoted to Colonel
09/13/98 - The TCS Exodus, having been severely damaged during battle docked with a starbase and the pilots went aboard the Confederation-class dreadnaught, the TCS Eisen. Aboard the TCS Eisen, they checked out several nav points and came across a small fleet attacking several ConFed cap-ships. The flights attacked and eventually drove them off but not before the Kilrathi succeeded in killing off their original prey. Angry over the loss of life, the flight headed towards nav point two, and came upon another small fleet attacking cap-ships and a homeworld. The flight again attacked the enemy, splitting their forces between fighter cover, torpedo runs and taking out the Paktahns bombing the planet below. Unfortunately the enemy proved to be too strong and began defeating the flight. A jumpgate opened up and the cavalry arrived, lead by the TCS Eagle's Talon, a Super-class carrier with new class-III anti-matter guns. The combined effort defeated the enemy and they ran off. At nav point three, the flight came upon the wounded TCS Avenger, which, in a total surprise detonated and nearly crippled the flight. It seems that a Kilrathi team had taken over the Avenger and used it as a bomb in hopes to destroy a flight like the one from the Eisen. At the end of the mission, they flew back to the starbase and met up with the TCS Eisen and the TCS Eagle's Talon.
Promotions - First Lieutenant Kimberly "Jade" Tucker was promoted to Captain.
09/20/98 - Having been full repaired and given a refit, the TCS Exodus was ready to get underway with its mission. Once the pilots boarded the carrier, the computer systems went haywire. The ship began controlling itself and jumped to the T'lan Meth system. There the flights engaged a damaged Kilrathi frigate, two damaged destroyers, two repair ships and captured one fuel ship. After the "turkey shoot," was over the flight landed and a mysterious probe uncloaked. It transmitted data to the Exodus and then it detonated. The Exodus then immediately jumped to another system. There the flight found the TCS Apollo, a Sheffield-class destroyer under attacl by a swarm of Paktahns. The flight engaged the Paktahns and took them out with relative ease, allowing the Apollo to escape and jump back to their base. At the end of the mission, the flight once again landed and while linig up for debriefing, another probe appeared. It did the same thing as the previous one (transmitted data and then exploded itself) and as if on cue, the Exodus, under it's own control, jumped again. This mission ended with a "To be continued."

09/27/98 - Between the jumps to the TCS Exodus' unknown destination it ran into a group of lighter class capital ships and fighter squadrons. The Kilrathi patrol teams immediately attacked and under the command of Brigadier General Richardson, the Exodus' squadrons succeeded in defeating their overzealous attackers. Once landing however another probe appeared and as before, the Exodus immediately kick-started into a jump to wherever the person or people who sent the probes wanted the carrier to go.

10/04/98 - The flight of the TCS Exodus was ordered to shoot leech missiles at the engines of the carrier by Admiral Wilson himself. After disabling the Exodus, the tech crews were able to restart power to them and regain control of the ship. As the fighters waited, a new probe appeared and one of the pilots blasted it with leech missiles, knocking it out of commission and brought it backt to the Exodus. After exmaning the probe, the Exodus jumped to the location the probe was programmed to go to. There they found an out-of-commission Border Worlds starbase. In order to take it, the flight was ordered to fly support for a marine LC. However when they got close enough, the station hummed to life and shot high-powered leech cannons at the marine LC, leaving it dead in space. The flight decided to land and take the base themselves. Once inside they were greeted by what a madman with a flare for violance and horror would call a "funhouse." After experiencing countless traumatic and in some cases, wounding, trials, they were finally allow to meet the master behind the base. It was none other than Rear Admiral Chris Blair, who it turned out, was clear of all charges against him and told the crew that ConFed had actually backed the Black Lance and was still running them in covert missions; he was the Black Lance commander which is why his identity neeeed to remain a secret. Blair used the "funhouse" to test the pilot's abilities and courage and was satisfied enough to where he knew they would work well in his plan to destroy the alternate-dimension Kilrathi.

10/11/98 - In a sneak attack, the TCS Exodus launched a blitz at the wormhole in which the alternate Kilrathi forces came through. The Kilrathi had space-mines and one carrier defending the portal which were easily taken out by the Exodus' pilots. There was no time for rejoicing however because a huge fleet of Kilrathi ships, headed by the monstrous Zar'Ghul, jumped into the sector. The fight was long and hard but eventually, with the aid of the Black Lance Manticore fighters headed by Rear Admiral Chris Blair, they defeated the forces. In a new maneuver directed by HAL and Rear Admiral Blair, the fighters made the Zar'Gul explode inside the wormhole; the massive energy release and shockwave from the ship caused the wormhole to collapse in on itself and shut off our dimension from the other's.
Promotions - Major Al "Spawn" Simmons was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel.
10/18/98 - While the TCS Exodus rested in dry-dock for a refit (a Kracken-class plasma weapon) the crew of the Exodus was put in charge of testing the new Cerebus-class light carrier, the TCS Cerebus. While on performing a drill in which the flight was supposed to "destroy" the Cerebus, the bridge recieved a distress call from a nearby system. In response to the call, the Cerebus jumped to that sector and saw that two Concordia-class carriers, the TCS Cowpens and TCS Yorktown, attacking the system's main starbase. Confused, the flight attacked and in the midst of trying to talk to the captains of the Cowpens and Yorktown, the enemy ships succeeded in blowing apart the starbase, killing thousands of people. After the enemy jumped out, the crew were told to go to the briefing room and watched a video of a newscast in which they learned that a group of high ranking officers, led by Vice Admiral Terrance Hawkings, took over Confed from the inside and are holding Fleet Admiral Kurt Gates and Senator James Taggart, among others, hostage. The crew of the Cerebus also learned that, much to their dismay, the Exodus was now in the hands of the "People's Republic" as Hawkings had termed it.

10/25/98 - While en route to the Sol System and Earth the TCS cerebus came up upon a contingent of Kilrathi ships, most likely left-overs from the defeat of the Zar'Ghul. The Cerebus launched their fighters and the flight made short work of the damaged and ill-prepared enemy. When finally reaching their destination they recieved a message from the new "leader" of the "People's Republic," Vice-Admiral Terrance Hawkings. He gave them an ultimatum in which they had to either join the "People's Republic" and pledge their loyalty to him or they would become enemies and be destroyed. In response to his statement, the Cerebus' commanders asked for a few minutes to think about it which Hawkings granted and the mission ended with a "to be continued..."

11/01/98 - After refusing Hawking's ultimatum, the TCS Cerebus ran for cover in the form of a meeting between other ConFed ships and the Union of Border Worlds in the Torgo system. Upon arriving there, the Cerebus found that Torgo's main UBW space station was under attack by a small fleet of People's Republic capital ships, and the much to the Cerebus' crew's dismay, the fleet was winning. Unable to stop the assault due to their late arrival, the Cerebus launched it's squadrons in an effort to at least evacuate the space station and allow as many ConFed and UBW ships to escape being destroyed. They managed to save about ten capital ships--UBW and ConFed combined--in all along with a hanful of officers from the UBW space station, before the PRS White Tiger (formerly the BWS White Tiger) obliterated the base. During the dogfight, the squads met up with a few pilots that had once served alongside, such as Lance "Freon" Casey, Jean "Stiletto" Talvert, and others. Due to experience, the Cerebus' pilots defeated them in combat however they were later killed in cold blood by bounty hunter and mercenary Darius Geist, who was passing by Torgo on the return from a mission. In the midst of combat, Geist was allowed to land on the Cerebus and despite the exceedingly hostile feelings towards Geist from the crew, the commanders of the ship realize his usefulness and therefore allow him to stay, as long as he obeys military protocal from here on out. In the end, the People's Republic's ships jumped out after destroyed their targets, but not before making sure their threats to do the same to the Cerebus and it's allies.

11/08/98 - The TCS Cerebus, tired of being on the defensive, launched a secret assault on the PRS Exodus, formely known as the TCS Exodus. With the aid of Darius Geist (who was acting battle group commander) they defeated the skeleton crew of fighters and naval officers and retook the Exodus. The captain of the ship, Tamara Farnsworth, was once a Border Worlds pilot with quite a number of accomplishments and was taken captive aboard the Cerebus as a POW.
Promotions - First Lieutenant Victor "Raistlin" Marcus was promoted to Captain and Captain David "IronHawk" Hall and Captain Jarod "Smurf" Travis were both promoted to Major.
11/15/98 - After recieving an incomplete video clip of People's Republic marines kidnapping and assaulting Counselor Chell Wilson and her son, the crew of the TCS Exodus tracked their location to a shiop--the PRS White Tiger. Upon jumping to it's location they joined in on the attack already in progress by the BWS Renegade and as the Black Lance provided extra cover, Red Squadron docked with the White Tiger. Inside the FD they fought a vicious laser-fight and eventually made it to the brig area. After finding the right cell, they eventually got the heavy steel door open and were horrified by what they saw. Both Chell and her son were torn apart and ravaged in nearly every way possible, leaving disgusting and disfigured corpses behind. A video then popped up showing the end to the one shown on the Exodus. After setting explosives, grabbing the bodies and making it out of the White Tiger, the flight detonated the bombs, tearing the dreadnaught apart into a thousand pieces.

11/22/98 - In what should have been an easy strike mission against a People's Republic weapons convoy, turned out to be complete horror for two young pilots. After reaching the convoy, the flight began taking out the enemy fighters with ease and the disabling process on the frigates in the convoy began. It looked like it was going to be a "milk run" until something weird happened. Captain Kathy "Kat" Richards began speaking gibberish over her comm unit and her fighter remained stationary in the middle of the dogfight. Captain Kim "Jade" Tucker flew over to cover Kat until something weird happened to her mind and she forgot all of her combat and flight training. Just then, an ace fighter pilot dove in and destroyed Kat's fighter, killing her in cold blood. The ace pilot then suddenly stopped and began flying like the rookie he really is; Colonel Travis "Reverend" Owsley took advantage of this and blew the pilots to bits. Just as all the frigates were disabled and they had captured one pilot, all of Jade's training suddenly came back to her. Why this happened or who or what caused it is unknown at the time of this writing; however, whatever did do it is responsible for the death of a ConFed fighter pilot and there will be retributions.

11/29/98 - Sent a message by the People's Republic, the TCS Exodus was asked to send a few command officers to the main battle station in the Vukar Tag system deep in Kilrathi space to perform peace talks. Assuming this was a trap, Rear Admiral Blair had Red and Blue Squadrons escort a shuttle holding both Admiral Wilson and Brigadier General Zevad to the station. All was quiet at the jump point at both ends and when first arriving at the station, the flights and shuttle were both greeted by what seemed a good-spirited and enthusiastic Major commanding a squadron of Excaliburs. Appearences were decieving however as leech pods detonated cutting off any means of escape for the flights and the shuttle. The Excaliburs quickly started the dogfight and were ultimately defeated but not before both Red and Blue squadrons, and the shuttle, were disabled and tractored in to the station. Once inside they were all taken captive and were face-to-face with People's Republic commander, Vice-Admiral Terrance Hawkings; his XO, Fallout, was beside him as well. Due to the defiance of the Exodus' pilots, Hawkings demonstrated his tolerance for disobedience by shooting and killing First Lieutenant Corran "Rogue" Horn in cold blood. Hawkings was about to go on gloating when suddenly he was shot from behind--his killer turned out to be none other than Darius Geist. Quickly, Geist used razor-wire and attacked the marines surrounding the flight and several officers knocked out Fallout. Something weird was going on however, since both PR and ConFed ships, including the Exodus, were calling Geist "sir" and responding to his orders as if he were a Fleet Admiral. Using his psionic powers, he explain that he mind-controlled the fleet, and were now holding the pilots in place. During his tirade he explained he was respondible for Kat and Jade's weird behavior in a previous mission. Before the mission concluded, Geist revealved himself to be none other than the Cyborg and that his plan was to use the PR, ConFed and the alien force than fixed him up, to wreak his vengeance on Earth. The mission ended in a "To be continued..."

12/06/98 - After being locked away inside a cell on the space station in Vukar Tag, the flight was looking for a way out. Suddenly, their escape came in the form of a mysterious ally whose eyes glowed with energy. He killed the guards near them and unlocked their cell and vanished. The crew took the opportunity, grabbed the weapons, and got Wilson and Zevad out of their own cells. Storming the FD, they took out most of the marines guarding the Kilrathi BloodFang fighters and climbed into the larger-than-normal cockpits. They started taking off when Grifter, halfway up the ladder to his fighter, was shot in the shoulder and leg and fell to the floor. Marines rushed him, grabbed him, and took him down the lift. A few pilots were about to try and rescue him but Zevad realized they had only one chance for escape and they had to take it, with or without Major Cash. After jumping to the Sol System, they were greeted with a Rahdam fleet jumping in led by the Cyborg. A huge battle ensued between the small force of BloodFangs and the scout fleet of Rahdam ships and fighters. During the battle, the man (later we found out his name was Jago Kanzaki) who had rescued them appeared, glowing with energy and wearing some sort of bio-armor, he attacked the Cyborg. The Cyborg lost the fight after his right arm had been blown off. The Cyborg was about to continue the battle when a Rahdam ship ordered him to RTB. He followed the orders and the scout fleet jumped back as well, after scanning the area. After they left, and due to the Cyborg's trauma, he lost his mental control over ConFed and the People's Republic, who are now coming back together in a united effort to become one and fight the new menace.

12/20/98 - Having lost contact with the Confederation starbase in Pardon VII (near the border of ConFed controlled space) the TCS Exodus was dispatched to check it out. On the way there, the flight encountered a small group of Kilrathi Dralthi retreating from a wing of Rahdam fighters. Thr flight quickly destroyed the Rahdam fighters, and were thanked--albeit a a bit rudely--by the Dralthi flight leader. Upon arrival at the Pardon VII starbase, they saw Rahdam ships paired up with mind-controlled ConFed ships. Both groups attacked and cut off the escape routes and proceeded to rip apart the flight. A jumpgate opened up half-way into the fight and a Steltek cap-ship came through launching a squadron of mech-suits, which promptly began decimating the opposition. The commander of the Steltek mech-suit squadron ordered the Exodus' flight out of the area. After landing on the Exodus, they were congratulated on completing their mission--despite the fact Pardon VII was taken over--and that they now had definite allies against the Rahdam Empire.
